Engineered quartz was used on the shower curb and as the base for the recessed wall niche, adding durability and a sleek contrast to the tile. The quartz not only elevates the design but also provides a low-maintenance, water-resistant surface ideal for everyday use.
A new six-foot soaker tub was installed to create a luxurious focal point within the bathroom. The tub deck was wrapped in matching engineered quartz, delivering a seamless and cohesive look throughout the space. Subway tile was extended to form the tub splash, tying the bathing area together with the shower design. The consistency of materials brings harmony and balance to the overall layout.
The walls were enhanced with subway tile wainscoting, adding texture and architectural interest while protecting the painted surfaces above. This detail gives the bathroom a refined, custom-built appearance that feels both classic and current.
A new vanity was installed to improve both storage and functionality. Topped with engineered quartz countertops, the vanity provides a durable, elegant workspace. Above it, new mirrors and stylish sconce lighting were installed to enhance illumination and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The lighting not only highlights the craftsmanship of the finishes but also ensures optimal visibility for daily routines.
To complete the remodel, premium Kohler hardware was installed throughout the space. Known for quality and reliability, the fixtures add a polished finishing touch while delivering dependable performance.
